We all need a reminder to take better care of ourselves. It’s easy to get caught up in the stress and chaos of everyday life. The pressure to perform at work, running around doing errands, cooking dinner, keeping the house clean and putting out whatever fire blazes that day captures our attention and forces us to put our self-care on the back burner. For the days you need some reinforcement, here are 33 self-care tips for a healthy body and mind:

  • Take a moment to close your eyes and take deep breaths
